Alex Gordeev is a multi instrumentalist music producer and DJ.
He started on saxophone at 11 years of age, later adding keyboard and bass. While studying at Berklee in 2003-2007 he had a chance to study and/or perform with such greats as Marcus Miller, Joe Lovano, Darren Barrett, George Garzone, Greg Hopkins and others. After Berklee Alex became interested in music production around 2007, winning one of the well known regional iStandard Producer Showcases (Boston edition) in 2009.
He has produced songs for various K-Pop and J-Pop groups as well as having won several Remix Contests (1st place in Pusher – Tell You remix contest, 2nd place in The Chainsmokers – Let You Go remix contest) and having his song Co-Pilot reach the Spotify Viral charts in 6 countries. Under his artist name Exale, his songs have amassed more than 2M Spotify streams.
